Healer Within Psychotherapy works with a number of insurance companies. Under contact, you can relay what you have in the email on this site or you can contact your insurance provider and ask them if Healer Within Psychotherapy or Diane Rubright, Psy.D., L.P. are on their in-network list of providers. Healer Within has the ability to charge you directly (direct pay) if your insurance is not an option or you do not have insurance currently.

To Make a Payment

You may pay your bill by check, credit card or FSA/HSA card. You may pay by credit card in session or over the phone. You may also have your credit card stored securely on an encrypted, secure, HIPAA compliant, electronic medical records (EHR) site such that your co-pays are charged after each session.

Therapist will get you set up with an individual access code in order to make secure, online payments at the payment button below. You may also fill out a credit card agreement form that allows therapist to automatically charge co-pays on your behalf after each session if you prefer.

To make a credit card payment, enter the amount owed on your bill. You will see your total balance on the site and amount owed. After you make a payment, you will receive confirmation of payment. Please let your therapist know if you would like a paper receipt sent in the mail or have any questions.
